RESIDENTIAL: HISTORIC RENOVATION

4 FAMILY HISTORIC FLAT

The project program was to convert a four family flat building into two townhouses with a newly rebuilt garage on the alley. This building was quite damaged from years of neglect and settlement. It had to be deconstructed before it could be reconstructed. Using State Historical Tax credits, this project takes it’s architectural cues from what has always been there but a majority of the construction has been rebuilt straight and square.
