MODERN HAMPTON RENOVATION
AD:ARCH was retained to remodel this mixed-use building. Apartments on the second and third floors were remodeled and renovated. The retail on the first floor was remodeled for the client's office. Repairs to the exterior were identified and detailed as a part of the package. The intention was to preserve the interesting details on this unique mid-century structure that borders an older residential neighborhood.
